National Children's Gardening Week runs from 23rd - 31st May to celebrate the fun that gardening and gardens hold for kids. The aim of the week is to inspire children’s curiosity in the garden, whilst the warm, sunny weather is a great time to see results of sowing, planting and other gardening activities. It’s an annual festival embraced in homes, schools, and community groups across the country, and supports the amazing Greenfingers charity, which is dedicated to providing magical gardens for children in hospices suffering from life limiting illnesses.
