We have hosted many local events and theme weekends inside our store and our spacious car park is ideal for larger events including dog shows, tropical animal shows and charity events.

Previous events held at Lakeside Plant and Garden Centre include:

Scouts Christmas Fairs
Christmas Preview Nights
A number of other events to support local and national charities including the PDSA, ‘Help for Heroes’ and the Salvation Army
A celebration of the Royal British Legion's 90th year
The ‘Narnia’ themed Christmas Grotto in 2015, including a tree tossing and archery competition, raised £4000 for the County Air Ambulance Charity.
The Christmas 2016 ‘Willy Wonka’ themed Grotto raised a wonderful £10,000, shared between 'Help for Heroes', Roald Dahl’s Children’s Charity and the building of a new Zoo education centre
Together with our other events, in 2016, we have raised over £20000 for charities, including £8000 for the Severn Hospice, £500 for Marie Curie and £1600 for the Royal British Legion

We are also host a number of food and craft fairs throughout the year, and hold special events in support of many other charities, including the County Air Ambulance.

KNIFE SHARPENING

Our visiting knife sharpening service is available on the first Sunday of each month from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
